StartHere pilot project evaluation report

Since April 2008 StartHere has been working with NHS Choices and Directgov to deliver information in a number of local community settings including prisons, community centres, Citizens Advice Bureaux and Ministry of Defence HIVE information centres. An independent evaluation of the project was completed in April 2009.

Gary Ashby, NHS Choices Programme Director concluded in the pilot report, ‘The work with StartHere detailed in this report shows how government, in partnership with the 3rd sector, can provide effective and accessible digital services for those excluded today.’
